Autumn Equinox Yoga Retreat

First of 4 meetings to embark on a journey through the elements Air, Earth, Fire and Water that go through the various states of inner growth  from germination to the birth of a fruit.

We will start from the heart chakra because we believe it to be the bridge between matter and spirit and in this highly evolutionary moment its participation is essential.

We arrive on Friday afternoon before 18:30.

Possibility to start  the journey with a 4-hands treatment (by reservation).

6.30pm/7.30pm  Opening of the cognitive circle  and centering exercises with pranayama (breathing exercises).

8:00 pm   Dinner

Saturday 

7:00 am  Meditation  at dawn

8:00   Breakfast

10am/12.30pm  Practice Tibetan yoga, pair exercises, yoga nidra

1pm   Lunch

Pause 

2.30pm/3.45pm massage option

4pm/6.30pm  Breathing of the heart,  creation of one's own spiral accompanied by mantra and music (all will be explained above).

8:00 pm   Dinner

After dinner  “my Heart writes to me”

Angelica PortioliandEva Babbini, internationally certified Yoga teachers,  wellness professionals in accordance with law n.4 January 2013, experts in the knowledge of body language through theater and dance. 

Their work together consists in merging yogic practices together with listening and experimenting with theatre/dance exercises to get more and more in touch with one's being in order to be able to manifest one's true essence in the matter.
